GLM-5.2-504B REAP recovery kit

This repository is a recovery/reconstruction kit, not a directly loadable model. It ships the small artifacts needed to rebuild the production GLM-5.2-504B REAP lineage on top of the NVFP4 base:

• router_kd_anchored_v2/gates_*.safetensors — anchored Router-KD v2 gates
• logitkd-r16-agentic-continue-20260703/ — logit-KD LoRA adapters
• fable5-sft-r16-continue-20260704/ — Fable5 SFT LoRA adapters
• merge_lora_into_rkdv2_20260704.py, apply_router_kd.py — merge tooling
• PRODUCTION.md — artifact status (single source of truth; unlisted = scratch)
• RECONSTRUCT.md — reconstruction procedure

Per PRODUCTION.md, the production artifact is the NVFP4 merged lineage (GLM-5.2-504B-NVFP4-RKDv2-anchored-20260703 plus the best attention LoRA merged via the included script).
