No trigger word. The LoRA applies as soon as it is loaded —

RECOMMENDED SETTINGS
|
| 34 |
+
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 35 |
+
The author did not publish specific settings.
|
| 36 |
+
No author settings were published. Community baseline: steps Turbo: 8
|
| 37 |
+
(official README and HF card CLI example; the ComfyUI template ships 8).
|
| 38 |
+
Raw: 52 (official README). The krea-2 CLI's generic default is 28.
|
| 39 |
+
Community Turbo LoRAs commonly suggest 8-12 (e.g. the Identity Edit card
|
| 40 |
+
recommends Turbo at 8-12, or Raw at 20 for removals). A community 4-step
|
| 41 |
+
LoRA on Turbo makes 4 valid; its author calls 2 steps an out-of-spec
|
| 42 |
+
preview mode., cfg Turbo: CFG disabled - guidance_scale 0.0 in diffusers
|
| 43 |
+
and --cfg 0.0 in the krea-2 CLI, which is cfg 1.0 in ComfyUI's KSampler
|
| 44 |
+
(the official template ships cfg 1). These are the same thing; do not set
|
| 45 |
+
ComfyUI cfg to 0. Raw: CFG 3.5 (official README; CLI generic default 4.5).
|
| 46 |
+
Negative prompting on Turbo is effectively unused - the official templates
|
| 47 |
+
route ConditioningZeroOut into the negative slot., sampler ComfyUI:
|
| 48 |
+
KSampler with sampler euler, scheduler simple, denoise 1.0 (verified in
|
| 49 |
+
image_krea2_turbo_t2i.json: [seed, 'randomize', 8, 1, 'euler', 'simple',
|
| 50 |
+
1]). Timestep shift mu = 1.15 for Turbo; ComfyUI bakes this in via
|
| 51 |
+
Krea2.sampling_settings = {"multiplier": 1.0, "shift": 1.15}, so the plain
|
| 52 |
+
t2i template needs no ModelSampling node, while the style-reference
|
| 53 |
+
template adds ModelSamplingFlux at max_shift 1.15 / base_shift 0.5. The CLI
|
| 54 |
+
exposes --mu 1.15 for Turbo; Raw uses a resolution-derived mu interpolated
|
| 55 |
+
between --y1 0.5 and --y2 1.15 (ai-toolkit mirrors this as base_shift 0.5 /
|
| 56 |
+
max_shift 1.15 over image_seq_len 256-6400, exponential time shift).,
|
| 57 |
+
resolution 1024x1024 default. Turbo: 1K-2K (the official CLI example
|
| 58 |
+
generates 2048x2048; ComfyUI's ResolutionSelector defaults to 1 megapixel,
|
| 59 |
+
set 2.0 for 2K). Raw: "trained to generate upto 1k resolution".
|
| 60 |
+
Width/height are padded up to a multiple of 16., lora_strength 1.0 for
|
| 61 |
+
Krea's nine official style LoRAs (docs.comfy.org lists Recommended Strength
|
| 62 |
+
1.0 for every one), though the shipped t2i template's LoraLoaderModelOnly
|
| 63 |
+
is set to 0.8. The style-reference LoRA is used at 1.0 in its template. The
|
| 64 |
+
4-step distill LoRA documents 1.0 as its trained point, 1.0-1.5 as coherent
|
| 65 |
+
extrapolation and above ~1.5 as speckle artefacting. Community subject
|
| 66 |
+
LoRAs are typically recommended around 0.8-1.2 and dropped toward 0.6-0.9
|
| 67 |
+
when several are stacked..

ranked rather than measured against a fixed rate, because this base model

CHAINING / STACKING
|
| 89 |
+
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 90 |
+
Stacks with others not stated
|
| 91 |
+
|
| 92 |
+
The author gave no chaining guidance. The rules below are the
|
| 93 |
+
general Krea 2 ones, not anything specific to this LoRA.
|
| 94 |
+
|
| 95 |
+
General Krea 2 rules that apply here (see REFERENCE.txt):
|
| 96 |
+
|
| 97 |
+
• The most important rule is not about chaining but about which
|
| 98 |
+
checkpoint you chain onto: the official README says in bold "TRAIN on
|
| 99 |
+
Raw and RUN on Turbo", and "We highly recommend using RAW for training
|
| 100 |
+
LoRAs and applying them on Turbo for inference." LoRAs trained on Raw
|
| 101 |
+
are stated to work well on Turbo.
|
| 102 |
+
• Chain with LoraLoaderModelOnly nodes in series (model -> model). Krea 2
|
| 103 |
+
LoRAs are DiT-only, so there is no CLIP side to chain and the text-
|
| 104 |
+
encoder branch stays untouched however many LoRAs you add.
|
| 105 |
+
• Krea 2 LoRAs stack in practice and the community treats multi-LoRA as
|
| 106 |
+
routine - style + character, style + slider, realism + character.
|
| 107 |
+
Several CivitAI Krea 2 authors state their LoRAs stack cleanly; one
|
| 108 |
+
writes "I recently stacked over 20 of my own LoRAs on a single
|
| 109 |
+
generation and the output still came out great."
|
| 110 |
+
• Reduce per-LoRA strength when stacking. CivitAI Krea 2 authors converge
|
| 111 |
+
on dropping from ~1.0 to roughly 0.6-0.9 once more than one adapter is
|
| 112 |
+
loaded. The CivitAI 12GB training guide also notes rank affects
|
| 113 |
+
composability: "rank 8 produced a lighter style influence that was
|
| 114 |
+
easier to stack with other LoRAs, rank 16 provided a useful balance
|
| 115 |
+
between concept strength and composability, and rank 32 was better
|
| 116 |
+
suited to a precise object or concept intended to take priority over
|
| 117 |
+
other stacked LoRAs."
|
| 118 |
+
• Accelerator LoRAs are position-sensitive in intent, not in node order:
|
| 119 |
+
a Raw-to-Turbo delta adapter belongs on the Raw checkpoint, a
|
| 120 |
+
sub-8-step LoRA belongs on Turbo (or on Raw already carrying a Raw-to-
|
| 121 |
+
Turbo adapter). Chaining Raw -> Raw-to-Turbo adapter -> 4-step LoRA is
|
| 122 |
+
explicitly recommended by the 4-step LoRA's author.
|
| 123 |
+
• Whatever you stack, the schedule must stay Turbo's: cfg 1.0 in ComfyUI
|
| 124 |
+
(guidance 0.0 in diffusers) and mu/shift 1.15. The 4-step LoRA's card
|
| 125 |
+
says "Keep mu = 1.15. The training targets are anchored to that grid; a
|
| 126 |
+
different shift moves the [sampler off them]"; the same reasoning
|
| 127 |
+
applies to any Turbo-trained adapter in the chain.
|
| 128 |
+
• Reference/edit LoRAs are designed to be stacked under ordinary subject
|
| 129 |
+
and style LoRAs - the Identity Edit card states "Composes with your
|
| 130 |
+
LoRAs: character/body/style LoRAs stack on top and steer the prior" and
|
| 131 |
+
recommends a stacked subject LoRA when unusual subjects drift toward
|
| 132 |
+
the base prior.
|
| 133 |
+
• Krea 2 LoRAs cannot be chained with LoRAs for any other base model.
|
| 134 |
+
Many CivitAI pages carry multi-model titles like "(Krea-2 + ZIT)" or
|
| 135 |
+
"[Flux | ZIB | Krea2]" - those are separate files for separate
|
| 136 |
+
architectures shipped under one model page, not a combined adapter.
|
| 137 |
+
• To combine two full Krea 2 checkpoints rather than adapters, ComfyUI
|
| 138 |
+
ships a dedicated ModelMergeKrea2 node (added in v0.27.0) with per-
|
| 139 |
+
section weights for first., tmlp., txtmlp., tproj.,
|
| 140 |
+
txtfusion.projector, txtfusion.layerwise_blocks.0-1,
|
| 141 |
+
txtfusion.refiner_blocks.0-1, blocks.0-27 and last.
|
| 142 |
+
• The author never states which weight family this targets. Silent
|
| 143 |
+
degradation, never a hard error, between Raw and Turbo. The two share
|
| 144 |
+
one architecture - ai-toolkit's config is commented "The reference
|
| 145 |
+
'single_mmdit_large_wide' architecture (oss_raw / oss_turbo share it)"
|
| 146 |
+
- so every LoRA tensor shape matches on both and ComfyUI/diffuser

COMPATIBILITY WARNING
|
| 168 |
+
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 169 |
+
Silent degradation, never a hard error, between Raw and Turbo. The two
|
| 170 |
+
share one architecture - ai-toolkit's config is commented "The reference
|
| 171 |
+
'single_mmdit_large_wide' architecture (oss_raw / oss_turbo share it)" - so
|
| 172 |
+
every LoRA tensor shape matches on both and ComfyUI/diffusers will load an
|
| 173 |
+
adapter against either without complaint. The lvladikov 4-step LoRA card
|
| 174 |
+
states this for the reverse direction: "Every layer it targets also exists
|
| 175 |
+
in Krea 2 Raw, so it will load there without complaint - but that is a side
|
| 176 |
+
effect of the shared architecture, not a supported mode", and reports
|
| 177 |
+
mixed, subject-dependent results with malformed subjects (duplicated heads,
|
| 178 |
+
fused limbs) at low step counts, needing 14+ steps with Raw's CFG on before
|
| 179 |
+
output is coherent. The intended direction (train on Raw, run on Turbo) is
|
| 180 |
+
officially blessed. The more common practical failure is a settings
|
| 181 |
+
mismatch rather than a weight mismatch: running a Turbo-targeted LoRA at
|
| 182 |
+
Raw's 52 steps + CFG 3.5, or leaving CFG enabled on Turbo, degrades output
|
| 183 |
+
with no warning. Loading a Krea 2 LoRA against a different model family
|
| 184 |
+
entirely (Flux, Qwen-Image, Z-Image) is also not an error - ComfyUI logs
|
| 185 |
+
"lora key not loaded: {key}" per key and generates as if no LoRA were
|
| 186 |
+
applied.

HOW TO USE (COMFYUI)
|
| 217 |
+
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 218 |
+
1. Update ComfyUI to at least v0.26.0 (released 2026-06-23), which added
|
| 219 |
+
local Krea2 support. For reference-image / style-reference / edit LoRAs you
|
| 220 |
+
need at least v0.29.0 (2026-07-29), which added regular and timestep-zero
|
| 221 |
+
reference images for Krea 2. ModelMergeKrea2 arrived in v0.27.0
|
| 222 |
+
(2026-06-30).
|
| 223 |
+
|
| 224 |
+
2. Put the base stack in place (files from huggingface.co/Comfy-Org/Krea-2,
|
| 225 |
+
which is not gated):
|
| 226 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/diffusion_models/krea2_turbo_fp8_scaled.safetensors
|
| 227 |
+
(documented recommended default; the repo also holds krea2_turbo_bf16,
|
| 228 |
+
_int8_convrot, _mxfp8, _nvfp4 and krea2_raw_bf16 / _fp8_scaled /
|
| 229 |
+
_int8_convrot)
|
| 230 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/text_encoders/qwen3vl_4b_fp8_scaled.safetensors (bf16
|
| 231 |
+
also available)
|
| 232 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/vae/qwen_image_vae.safetensors
|
| 233 |
+
|
| 234 |
+
3. Put the LoRA .safetensors in ComfyUI/models/loras/ - flat, no per-model
|
| 235 |
+
subfolder required.
|
| 236 |
+
|
| 237 |
+
4. Build or load the graph. The official image_krea2_turbo_t2i.json
|
| 238 |
+
template is: UNETLoader (krea2_turbo_fp8_scaled.safetensors) ->
|
| 239 |
+
LoraLoaderModelOnly -> KSampler; CLIPLoader
|
| 240 |
+
(qwen3vl_4b_fp8_scaled.safetensors, type "krea2") -> text encode ->
|
| 241 |
+
KSampler positive, with ConditioningZeroOut into negative; VAELoader
|
| 242 |
+
(qwen_image_vae.safetensors) -> VAEDecode -> SaveImage; EmptyLatentImage
|
| 243 |
+
1024x1024 driven by ResolutionSelector. An int8 sibling template
|
| 244 |
+
(image_krea2_turbo_t2i_int8.json) also ships.
|
| 245 |
+
|
| 246 |
+
5. Load the LoRA with LoraLoaderModelOnly, not LoraLoader - both official
|
| 247 |
+
templates do. Krea 2 LoRAs patch the DiT only; note that the DiT's own
|
| 248 |
+
text_fusion / txtfusion blocks are a normal LoRA target (the official style
|
| 249 |
+
LoRAs patch them), but the Qwen3-VL text encoder itself is not. Set
|
| 250 |
+
strength 1.0 for Krea's official style LoRAs (the shipped template uses
|
| 251 |
+
0.8) and add the LoRA's trigger word to the prompt.
|
| 252 |
+
|
| 253 |
+
6. Sampler settings: steps 8, cfg 1, sampler euler, scheduler simple,
|
| 254 |
+
denoise 1.0. Do not add a ModelSampling node for plain t2i - ComfyUI
|

7. For style reference, use the dedicated template: UNETLoader

krea2_turbo_int8_convrot.safetensors, LoraLoaderModelOnly
|
| 259 |

krea2_style_reference.safetensors at 1.0, ModelSamplingFlux (1.15, 0.5),

8. For instruction editing (Krea 2 Identity Edit), stock nodes are not
|
| 266 |

enough: install the ComfyUI-Krea2Edit node pack, which ships its own
|
| 267 |
+
workflows, and run Turbo at 8-12 steps / cfg 1 (or Raw at 20 steps / cfg 3
|
| 268 |
+
for removals) with LoRA strength 1.0.
|
| 269 |
+
|
| 270 |

9. Low-VRAM alternative: install city96's ComfyUI-GGUF and use a community
|
| 271 |
+
GGUF build (realrebelai/KREA-2_GGUFs, quantized from Turbo;
|
| 272 |
+
molbal/krea2-gguf, quantized from Raw) with the Unet Loader (GGUF) node in
|
| 273 |
+
place of UNETLoader. There is no official GGUF release. LoRA loading is
|
| 274 |
+
unchanged.

"The most important rule is not about chaining but about which checkpoint you chain onto: the official README says in bold \"TRAIN on Raw and RUN on Turbo\", and \"We highly recommend using RAW for training LoRAs and applying them on Turbo for inference.\" LoRAs trained on Raw are stated to work well on Turbo.",
|
| 35 |
+
"Chain with LoraLoaderModelOnly nodes in series (model -> model). Krea 2 LoRAs are DiT-only, so there is no CLIP side to chain and the text-encoder branch stays untouched however many LoRAs you add.",
|
| 36 |
+
"Krea 2 LoRAs stack in practice and the community treats multi-LoRA as routine - style + character, style + slider, realism + character. Several CivitAI Krea 2 authors state their LoRAs stack cleanly; one writes \"I recently stacked over 20 of my own LoRAs on a single generation and the output still came out great.\"",
|
| 37 |
+
"Reduce per-LoRA strength when stacking. CivitAI Krea 2 authors converge on dropping from ~1.0 to roughly 0.6-0.9 once more than one adapter is loaded. The CivitAI 12GB training guide also notes rank affects composability: \"rank 8 produced a lighter style influence that was easier to stack with other LoRAs, rank 16 provided a useful balance between concept strength and composability, and rank 32 was better suited to a precise object or concept intended to take priority over other stacked LoRAs.\"",
|
| 38 |
+
"Accelerator LoRAs are position-sensitive in intent, not in node order: a Raw-to-Turbo delta adapter belongs on the Raw checkpoint, a sub-8-step LoRA belongs on Turbo (or on Raw already carrying a Raw-to-Turbo adapter). Chaining Raw -> Raw-to-Turbo adapter -> 4-step LoRA is explicitly recommended by the 4-step LoRA's author.",
|
| 39 |
+
"Whatever you stack, the schedule must stay Turbo's: cfg 1.0 in ComfyUI (guidance 0.0 in diffusers) and mu/shift 1.15. The 4-step LoRA's card says \"Keep mu = 1.15. The training targets are anchored to that grid; a different shift moves the [sampler off them]\"; the same reasoning applies to any Turbo-trained adapter in the chain.",
|
| 40 |
+
"Reference/edit LoRAs are designed to be stacked under ordinary subject and style LoRAs - the Identity Edit card states \"Composes with your LoRAs: character/body/style LoRAs stack on top and steer the prior\" and recommends a stacked subject LoRA when unusual subjects drift toward the base prior.",
|
| 41 |
+
"Krea 2 LoRAs cannot be chained with LoRAs for any other base model. Many CivitAI pages carry multi-model titles like \"(Krea-2 + ZIT)\" or \"[Flux | ZIB | Krea2]\" - those are separate files for separate architectures shipped under one model page, not a combined adapter.",
|
| 42 |
+
"To combine two full Krea 2 checkpoints rather than adapters, ComfyUI ships a dedicated ModelMergeKrea2 node (added in v0.27.0) with per-section weights for first., tmlp., txtmlp., tproj., txtfusion.projector, txtfusion.layerwise_blocks.0-1, txtfusion.refiner_blocks.0-1, blocks.0-27 and last.",
|
| 43 |
+
"The author never states which weight family this targets. Silent degradation, never a hard error, between Raw and Turbo. The two share one architecture - ai-toolkit's config is commented \"The reference 'single_mmdit_large_wide' architecture (oss_raw / oss_turbo share it)\" - so every LoRA tensor shape matches on both and ComfyUI/diffuser"

Adoption tier is the percentile of total downloads within this collection;
|
| 51 |
+
momentum is the percentile of downloads-per-day since release. Momentum is
|
| 52 |
+
ranked rather than measured against a fixed rate, because this base model
|
| 53 |
+
is itself new and every LoRA looks fast on an absolute scale. Both numbers
|
| 54 |
+
are CivitAI's, read on the scrape date at the foot of this file.

CHAINING / STACKING
|
| 58 |
+
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 59 |
+
Stacks with others not stated
|
| 60 |
+
|
| 61 |
+
The author gave no chaining guidance. The rules below are the
|
| 62 |
+
general Krea 2 ones, not anything specific to this LoRA.
|
| 63 |
+
|
| 64 |
+
General Krea 2 rules that apply here (see REFERENCE.txt):
|
| 65 |
+
|
| 66 |
+
• The most important rule is not about chaining but about which
|
| 67 |
+
checkpoint you chain onto: the official README says in bold "TRAIN on
|
| 68 |
+
Raw and RUN on Turbo", and "We highly recommend using RAW for training
|
| 69 |
+
LoRAs and applying them on Turbo for inference." LoRAs trained on Raw
|
| 70 |
+
are stated to work well on Turbo.
|
| 71 |
+
• Chain with LoraLoaderModelOnly nodes in series (model -> model). Krea 2
|
| 72 |
+
LoRAs are DiT-only, so there is no CLIP side to chain and the text-
|
| 73 |
+
encoder branch stays untouched however many LoRAs you add.
|
| 74 |
+
• Krea 2 LoRAs stack in practice and the community treats multi-LoRA as
|
| 75 |
+
routine - style + character, style + slider, realism + character.
|
| 76 |
+
Several CivitAI Krea 2 authors state their LoRAs stack cleanly; one
|
| 77 |
+
writes "I recently stacked over 20 of my own LoRAs on a single
|
| 78 |
+
generation and the output still came out great."
|
| 79 |
+
• Reduce per-LoRA strength when stacking. CivitAI Krea 2 authors converge
|
| 80 |
+
on dropping from ~1.0 to roughly 0.6-0.9 once more than one adapter is
|
| 81 |
+
loaded. The CivitAI 12GB training guide also notes rank affects
|
| 82 |
+
composability: "rank 8 produced a lighter style influence that was
|
| 83 |
+
easier to stack with other LoRAs, rank 16 provided a useful balance
|
| 84 |
+
between concept strength and composability, and rank 32 was better
|
| 85 |
+
suited to a precise object or concept intended to take priority over
|
| 86 |
+
other stacked LoRAs."
|
| 87 |
+
• Accelerator LoRAs are position-sensitive in intent, not in node order:
|
| 88 |
+
a Raw-to-Turbo delta adapter belongs on the Raw checkpoint, a
|
| 89 |
+
sub-8-step LoRA belongs on Turbo (or on Raw already carrying a Raw-to-
|
| 90 |
+
Turbo adapter). Chaining Raw -> Raw-to-Turbo adapter -> 4-step LoRA is
|
| 91 |
+
explicitly recommended by the 4-step LoRA's author.
|
| 92 |
+
• Whatever you stack, the schedule must stay Turbo's: cfg 1.0 in ComfyUI
|
| 93 |
+
(guidance 0.0 in diffusers) and mu/shift 1.15. The 4-step LoRA's card
|
| 94 |
+
says "Keep mu = 1.15. The training targets are anchored to that grid; a
|
| 95 |
+
different shift moves the [sampler off them]"; the same reasoning
|
| 96 |
+
applies to any Turbo-trained adapter in the chain.
|
| 97 |
+
• Reference/edit LoRAs are designed to be stacked under ordinary subject
|
| 98 |
+
and style LoRAs - the Identity Edit card states "Composes with your
|
| 99 |
+
LoRAs: character/body/style LoRAs stack on top and steer the prior" and
|
| 100 |
+
recommends a stacked subject LoRA when unusual subjects drift toward
|
| 101 |
+
the base prior.
|
| 102 |
+
• Krea 2 LoRAs cannot be chained with LoRAs for any other base model.
|
| 103 |
+
Many CivitAI pages carry multi-model titles like "(Krea-2 + ZIT)" or
|
| 104 |
+
"[Flux | ZIB | Krea2]" - those are separate files for separate
|
| 105 |
+
architectures shipped under one model page, not a combined adapter.
|
| 106 |
+
• To combine two full Krea 2 checkpoints rather than adapters, ComfyUI
|
| 107 |
+
ships a dedicated ModelMergeKrea2 node (added in v0.27.0) with per-
|
| 108 |
+
section weights for first., tmlp., txtmlp., tproj.,
|
| 109 |
+
txtfusion.projector, txtfusion.layerwise_blocks.0-1,
|
| 110 |
+
txtfusion.refiner_blocks.0-1, blocks.0-27 and last.
|
| 111 |
+
• The author never states which weight family this targets. Silent
|
| 112 |
+
degradation, never a hard error, between Raw and Turbo. The two share
|
| 113 |
+
one architecture - ai-toolkit's config is commented "The reference
|
| 114 |
+
'single_mmdit_large_wide' architecture (oss_raw / oss_turbo share it)"
|
| 115 |
+
- so every LoRA tensor shape matches on both and ComfyUI/diffuser

COMPATIBILITY WARNING

Silent degradation, never a hard error, between Raw and Turbo. The two
|
| 138 |
+
share one architecture - ai-toolkit's config is commented "The reference
|
| 139 |
+
'single_mmdit_large_wide' architecture (oss_raw / oss_turbo share it)" - so
|
| 140 |
+
every LoRA tensor shape matches on both and ComfyUI/diffusers will load an
|
| 141 |
+
adapter against either without complaint. The lvladikov 4-step LoRA card
|
| 142 |
+
states this for the reverse direction: "Every layer it targets also exists
|
| 143 |
+
in Krea 2 Raw, so it will load there without complaint - but that is a side
|
| 144 |
+
effect of the shared architecture, not a supported mode", and reports
|
| 145 |
+
mixed, subject-dependent results with malformed subjects (duplicated heads,
|
| 146 |
+
fused limbs) at low step counts, needing 14+ steps with Raw's CFG on before
|
| 147 |
+
output is coherent. The intended direction (train on Raw, run on Turbo) is
|
| 148 |
+
officially blessed. The more common practical failure is a settings
|
| 149 |
+
mismatch rather than a weight mismatch: running a Turbo-targeted LoRA at
|
| 150 |
+
Raw's 52 steps + CFG 3.5, or leaving CFG enabled on Turbo, degrades output
|
| 151 |
+
with no warning. Loading a Krea 2 LoRA against a different model family
|
| 152 |
+
entirely (Flux, Qwen-Image, Z-Image) is also not an error - ComfyUI logs
|
| 153 |
+
"lora key not loaded: {key}" per key and generates as if no LoRA were
|
| 154 |
+
applied.

VERSION NOTES
|

+
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 167 |
+
The LoRA is created using the raw version. It is suitable for both raw and
|
| 168 |
+
turbo versions. All showcase images were generated using the raw model.
|
| 169 |
+
Note: The LoRA has a trigger word. However, the trigger word often appears
|
| 170 |
+
as text in the resultant image, so I advise against using it.

HOW TO USE (COMFYUI)
|
| 191 |
+
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 192 |
+
1. Update ComfyUI to at least v0.26.0 (released 2026-06-23), which added
|
| 193 |
+
local Krea2 support. For reference-image / style-reference / edit LoRAs you
|
| 194 |
+
need at least v0.29.0 (2026-07-29), which added regular and timestep-zero
|
| 195 |
+
reference images for Krea 2. ModelMergeKrea2 arrived in v0.27.0
|
| 196 |
+
(2026-06-30).
|
| 197 |
+
|
| 198 |
+
2. Put the base stack in place (files from huggingface.co/Comfy-Org/Krea-2,
|
| 199 |
+
which is not gated):
|
| 200 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/diffusion_models/krea2_turbo_fp8_scaled.safetensors
|
| 201 |
+
(documented recommended default; the repo also holds krea2_turbo_bf16,
|
| 202 |
+
_int8_convrot, _mxfp8, _nvfp4 and krea2_raw_bf16 / _fp8_scaled /
|
| 203 |
+
_int8_convrot)
|
| 204 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/text_encoders/qwen3vl_4b_fp8_scaled.safetensors (bf16
|
| 205 |
+
also available)
|
| 206 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/vae/qwen_image_vae.safetensors
|
| 207 |
+
|
| 208 |
+
3. Put the LoRA .safetensors in ComfyUI/models/loras/ - flat, no per-model
|
| 209 |
+
subfolder required.
|
| 210 |
+
|
| 211 |
+
4. Build or load the graph. The official image_krea2_turbo_t2i.json
|
| 212 |
+
template is: UNETLoader (krea2_turbo_fp8_scaled.safetensors) ->
|
| 213 |
+
LoraLoaderModelOnly -> KSampler; CLIPLoader
|
| 214 |
+
(qwen3vl_4b_fp8_scaled.safetensors, type "krea2") -> text encode ->
|
| 215 |
+
KSampler positive, with ConditioningZeroOut into negative; VAELoader
|
| 216 |
+
(qwen_image_vae.safetensors) -> VAEDecode -> SaveImage; EmptyLatentImage
|
| 217 |
+
1024x1024 driven by ResolutionSelector. An int8 sibling template
|
| 218 |
+
(image_krea2_turbo_t2i_int8.json) also ships.
|
| 219 |
+
|
| 220 |
+
5. Load the LoRA with LoraLoaderModelOnly, not LoraLoader - both official
|
| 221 |
+
templates do. Krea 2 LoRAs patch the DiT only; note that the DiT's own
|
| 222 |
+
text_fusion / txtfusion blocks are a normal LoRA target (the official style
|
| 223 |
+
LoRAs patch them), but the Qwen3-VL text encoder itself is not. Set
|
| 224 |
+
strength 1.0 for Krea's official style LoRAs (the shipped template uses
|
| 225 |
+
0.8) and add the LoRA's trigger word to the prompt.
|
| 226 |
+
|
| 227 |
+
6. Sampler settings: steps 8, cfg 1, sampler euler, scheduler simple,
|
| 228 |
+
denoise 1.0. Do not add a ModelSampling node for plain t2i - ComfyUI
|
| 229 |
+
already applies shift 1.15 from Krea2.sampling_settings.
|
| 230 |
+
|
| 231 |
+
7. For style reference, use the dedicated template: UNETLoader
|
| 232 |
+
krea2_turbo_int8_convrot.safetensors, LoraLoaderModelOnly
|
| 233 |
+
krea2_style_reference.safetensors at 1.0, ModelSamplingFlux (1.15, 0.5),
|
| 234 |
+
TextEncodeQwenImageEditPlus fed by LoadImage,
|
| 235 |
+
FluxKontextMultiReferenceLatentMethod set to index_timestep_zero, and
|
| 236 |
+
SamplerCustomAdvanced with KSamplerSelect euler + BasicScheduler simple/8 +
|
| 237 |
+
CFGGuider cfg 1.
|
| 238 |
+
|
| 239 |
+
8. For instruction editing (Krea 2 Identity Edit), stock nodes are not
|
| 240 |
+
enough: install the ComfyUI-Krea2Edit node pack, which ships its own
|
| 241 |
+
workflows, and run Turbo at 8-12 steps / cfg 1 (or Raw at 20 steps / cfg 3
|
| 242 |
+
for removals) with LoRA strength 1.0.
|
| 243 |
+
|
| 244 |
+
9. Low-VRAM alternative: install city96's ComfyUI-GGUF and use a community
|
| 245 |
+
GGUF build (realrebelai/KREA-2_GGUFs, quantized from Turbo;
|
| 246 |
+
molbal/krea2-gguf, quantized from Raw) with the Unet Loader (GGUF) node in
|
| 247 |
+
place of UNETLoader. There is no official GGUF release. LoRA loading is
|
| 248 |
+

|
| 39 |
+
"Chain with LoraLoaderModelOnly nodes in series (model -> model). Krea 2 LoRAs are DiT-only, so there is no CLIP side to chain and the text-encoder branch stays untouched however many LoRAs you add.",
|
| 40 |
|
| 41 |
|
| 42 |
|
| 43 |
|
| 44 |
|
| 45 |
|
| 46 |
|
| 47 |

Adoption tier is the percentile of total downloads within this collection;
|
| 52 |

momentum is the percentile of downloads-per-day since release. Momentum is
|
| 53 |
+
ranked rather than measured against a fixed rate, because this base model
|
| 54 |
+
is itself new and every LoRA looks fast on an absolute scale. Both numbers

are CivitAI's, read on the scrape date at the foot of this file.

CHAINING / STACKING
|
| 59 |
+
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 60 |
+
Stacks with others not stated
|
| 61 |
+
|
| 62 |
+
The author gave no chaining guidance. The rules below are the
|
| 63 |
+
general Krea 2 ones, not anything specific to this LoRA.
|
| 64 |
+
|
| 65 |
+
General Krea 2 rules that apply here (see REFERENCE.txt):
|
| 66 |
+
|
| 67 |
+
• The most important rule is not about chaining but about which
|
| 68 |
+
checkpoint you chain onto: the official README says in bold "TRAIN on
|
| 69 |
+
Raw and RUN on Turbo", and "We highly recommend using RAW for training
|
| 70 |
+
LoRAs and applying them on Turbo for inference." LoRAs trained on Raw
|
| 71 |
+
are stated to work well on Turbo.
|
| 72 |
+
• Chain with LoraLoaderModelOnly nodes in series (model -> model). Krea 2
|
| 73 |
+
LoRAs are DiT-only, so there is no CLIP side to chain and the text-
|
| 74 |
+
encoder branch stays untouched however many LoRAs you add.
|
| 75 |
+
• Krea 2 LoRAs stack in practice and the community treats multi-LoRA as
|
| 76 |
+
routine - style + character, style + slider, realism + character.
|
| 77 |
+
Several CivitAI Krea 2 authors state their LoRAs stack cleanly; one
|
| 78 |
+
writes "I recently stacked over 20 of my own LoRAs on a single
|
| 79 |
+
generation and the output still came out great."
|
| 80 |
+
• Reduce per-LoRA strength when stacking. CivitAI Krea 2 authors converge
|
| 81 |
+
on dropping from ~1.0 to roughly 0.6-0.9 once more than one adapter is
|
| 82 |
+
loaded. The CivitAI 12GB training guide also notes rank affects
|
| 83 |
+
composability: "rank 8 produced a lighter style influence that was
|
| 84 |
+
easier to stack with other LoRAs, rank 16 provided a useful balance
|
| 85 |
+
between concept strength and composability, and rank 32 was better
|
| 86 |
+
suited to a precise object or concept intended to take priority over
|
| 87 |
+
other stacked LoRAs."
|
| 88 |
+
• Accelerator LoRAs are position-sensitive in intent, not in node order:
|
| 89 |
+
a Raw-to-Turbo delta adapter belongs on the Raw checkpoint, a
|
| 90 |
+
sub-8-step LoRA belongs on Turbo (or on Raw already carrying a Raw-to-
|
| 91 |
+
Turbo adapter). Chaining Raw -> Raw-to-Turbo adapter -> 4-step LoRA is
|
| 92 |
+
explicitly recommended by the 4-step LoRA's author.
|
| 93 |
+
• Whatever you stack, the schedule must stay Turbo's: cfg 1.0 in ComfyUI
|
| 94 |
+
(guidance 0.0 in diffusers) and mu/shift 1.15. The 4-step LoRA's card
|
| 95 |
+
says "Keep mu = 1.15. The training targets are anchored to that grid; a
|
| 96 |
+
different shift moves the [sampler off them]"; the same reasoning
|
| 97 |
+
applies to any Turbo-trained adapter in the chain.
|
| 98 |
+
• Reference/edit LoRAs are designed to be stacked under ordinary subject
|
| 99 |
+
and style LoRAs - the Identity Edit card states "Composes with your
|
| 100 |
+
LoRAs: character/body/style LoRAs stack on top and steer the prior" and
|
| 101 |
+
recommends a stacked subject LoRA when unusual subjects drift toward
|
| 102 |
+
the base prior.
|
| 103 |
+
• Krea 2 LoRAs cannot be chained with LoRAs for any other base model.
|
| 104 |
+
Many CivitAI pages carry multi-model titles like "(Krea-2 + ZIT)" or
|
| 105 |
+
"[Flux | ZIB | Krea2]" - those are separate files for separate
|
| 106 |
+
architectures shipped under one model page, not a combined adapter.
|
| 107 |
+
• To combine two full Krea 2 checkpoints rather than adapters, ComfyUI
|
| 108 |
+
ships a dedicated ModelMergeKrea2 node (added in v0.27.0) with per-
|
| 109 |
+
section weights for first., tmlp., txtmlp., tproj.,
|
| 110 |
+
txtfusion.projector, txtfusion.layerwise_blocks.0-1,
|
| 111 |
+
txtfusion.refiner_blocks.0-1, blocks.0-27 and last.
|
| 112 |
+
• The author never states which weight family this targets. Silent
|
| 113 |
+
degradation, never a hard error, between Raw and Turbo. The two share
|
| 114 |
+
one architecture - ai-toolkit's config is commented "The reference
|
| 115 |
+
'single_mmdit_large_wide' architecture (oss_raw / oss_turbo share it)"
|
| 116 |
+
- so every LoRA tensor shape matches on both and ComfyUI/diffuser

CONS & CAVEATS
|
| 130 |

───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 131 |

- No trigger word — the LoRA is always on once loaded, so strength is the

only control. [source: model metadata]

- Author never states which generation mode it was trained for; test

COMPATIBILITY WARNING
|
| 138 |
+
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 139 |
+
Silent degradation, never a hard error, between Raw and Turbo. The two
|
| 140 |
+
share one architecture - ai-toolkit's config is commented "The reference
|
| 141 |
+
'single_mmdit_large_wide' architecture (oss_raw / oss_turbo share it)" - so
|
| 142 |
+
every LoRA tensor shape matches on both and ComfyUI/diffusers will load an
|
| 143 |
+
adapter against either without complaint. The lvladikov 4-step LoRA card
|
| 144 |
+
states this for the reverse direction: "Every layer it targets also exists
|
| 145 |
+
in Krea 2 Raw, so it will load there without complaint - but that is a side
|
| 146 |
+
effect of the shared architecture, not a supported mode", and reports
|
| 147 |
+
mixed, subject-dependent results with malformed subjects (duplicated heads,
|
| 148 |
+
fused limbs) at low step counts, needing 14+ steps with Raw's CFG on before
|
| 149 |
+
output is coherent. The intended direction (train on Raw, run on Turbo) is
|
| 150 |
+
officially blessed. The more common practical failure is a settings
|
| 151 |
+
mismatch rather than a weight mismatch: running a Turbo-targeted LoRA at
|
| 152 |
+
Raw's 52 steps + CFG 3.5, or leaving CFG enabled on Turbo, degrades output
|
| 153 |
+
with no warning. Loading a Krea 2 LoRA against a different model family
|
| 154 |
+
entirely (Flux, Qwen-Image, Z-Image) is also not an error - ComfyUI logs
|
| 155 |
+
"lora key not loaded: {key}" per key and generates as if no LoRA were
|
| 156 |
+
applied.

Tigger word: 3l3ganc3 ZIT Weights : 0.8 -1.2
|
| 162 |
+
So added the ZIT version, I am very happy with the results even with
|
| 163 |
+
training on a much smaller data set, there as still a few issues and my
|
| 164 |
+
prompting style is a mess (sorry i am new to natrual language prompting)
|
| 165 |
+
one of the things i am trying to fix in possible future versions is
|
| 166 |
+
reducing the very warm coloring this lora defaults to (you can brute force
|
| 167 |
+
it with prompts if you want). Please feel free to share your feedback, I am
|
| 168 |
+
still trying to refine it :) ----------------------------------------------

-1.6 This is lora was designed to replicate some the niji 6 realistic
|
| 171 |
+
anime/draw art style, the data set mostly focused on portraits for male and
|
| 172 |
+
female but you can brute force it for more dramatic poses.
|
| 173 |
+
|
| 174 |

Some of the features can be triggers using prompts like " 3l3ganc3,
|
| 175 |

realistic, semi-realistic " etc. .
|
| 176 |
+
|
| 177 |

I have tried it with several illustrious/SDXL/Pony models and it seem to
|
| 178 |

works well flat anime style as well as more 3d styles (though it intended
|
| 179 |

more for the former, I shall update more resources that work with it as I

discover them myself).

HOW TO USE (COMFYUI)
|
| 201 |
+
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 202 |
+
1. Update ComfyUI to at least v0.26.0 (released 2026-06-23), which added
|
| 203 |
+
local Krea2 support. For reference-image / style-reference / edit LoRAs you
|
| 204 |
+
need at least v0.29.0 (2026-07-29), which added regular and timestep-zero
|
| 205 |
+
reference images for Krea 2. ModelMergeKrea2 arrived in v0.27.0
|
| 206 |
+
(2026-06-30).
|
| 207 |
+
|
| 208 |
+
2. Put the base stack in place (files from huggingface.co/Comfy-Org/Krea-2,
|
| 209 |
+
which is not gated):
|
| 210 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/diffusion_models/krea2_turbo_fp8_scaled.safetensors
|
| 211 |
+
(documented recommended default; the repo also holds krea2_turbo_bf16,
|
| 212 |
+
_int8_convrot, _mxfp8, _nvfp4 and krea2_raw_bf16 / _fp8_scaled /
|
| 213 |
+
_int8_convrot)
|
| 214 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/text_encoders/qwen3vl_4b_fp8_scaled.safetensors (bf16
|
| 215 |
+
also available)
|
| 216 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/vae/qwen_image_vae.safetensors
|
| 217 |
+
|
| 218 |
+
3. Put the LoRA .safetensors in ComfyUI/models/loras/ - flat, no per-model
|
| 219 |
+
subfolder required.
|
| 220 |
+
|
| 221 |
+
4. Build or load the graph. The official image_krea2_turbo_t2i.json
|
| 222 |
+
template is: UNETLoader (krea2_turbo_fp8_scaled.safetensors) ->
|
| 223 |
+
LoraLoaderModelOnly -> KSampler; CLIPLoader
|
| 224 |
+
(qwen3vl_4b_fp8_scaled.safetensors, type "krea2") -> text encode ->
|
| 225 |
+
KSampler positive, with ConditioningZeroOut into negative; VAELoader
|
| 226 |
+
(qwen_image_vae.safetensors) -> VAEDecode -> SaveImage; EmptyLatentImage
|
| 227 |
+
1024x1024 driven by ResolutionSelector. An int8 sibling template
|
| 228 |
+
(image_krea2_turbo_t2i_int8.json) also ships.
|
| 229 |
+
|
| 230 |
+
5. Load the LoRA with LoraLoaderModelOnly, not LoraLoader - both official
|
| 231 |
+
templates do. Krea 2 LoRAs patch the DiT only; note that the DiT's own
|
| 232 |
+
text_fusion / txtfusion blocks are a normal LoRA target (the official style
|
| 233 |
+
LoRAs patch them), but the Qwen3-VL text encoder itself is not. Set
|
| 234 |
+
strength 1.0 for Krea's official style LoRAs (the shipped template uses
|
| 235 |
+
0.8) and add the LoRA's trigger word to the prompt.
|
| 236 |
+
|
| 237 |
+
6. Sampler settings: steps 8, cfg 1, sampler euler, scheduler simple,
|
| 238 |
+
denoise 1.0. Do not add a ModelSampling node for plain t2i - ComfyUI
|
| 239 |
+
already applies shift 1.15 from Krea2.sampling_settings.
|
| 240 |
+
|
| 241 |
+
7. For style reference, use the dedicated template: UNETLoader
|
| 242 |
+
krea2_turbo_int8_convrot.safetensors, LoraLoaderModelOnly
|
| 243 |
+
krea2_style_reference.safetensors at 1.0, ModelSamplingFlux (1.15, 0.5),
|
| 244 |
+
TextEncodeQwenImageEditPlus fed by LoadImage,
|
| 245 |
+
FluxKontextMultiReferenceLatentMethod set to index_timestep_zero, and
|
| 246 |
+
SamplerCustomAdvanced with KSamplerSelect euler + BasicScheduler simple/8 +
|
| 247 |
+
CFGGuider cfg 1.
|
| 248 |
+
|
| 249 |
+
8. For instruction editing (Krea 2 Identity Edit), stock nodes are not
|
| 250 |
+
enough: install the ComfyUI-Krea2Edit node pack, which ships its own
|
| 251 |
+
workflows, and run Turbo at 8-12 steps / cfg 1 (or Raw at 20 steps / cfg 3
|
| 252 |
+
for removals) with LoRA strength 1.0.
|
| 253 |
+
|
| 254 |
+
9. Low-VRAM alternative: install city96's ComfyUI-GGUF and use a community
|
| 255 |
+
GGUF build (realrebelai/KREA-2_GGUFs, quantized from Turbo;
|
| 256 |
+
molbal/krea2-gguf, quantized from Raw) with the Unet Loader (GGUF) node in
|
| 257 |
+
place of UNETLoader. There is no official GGUF release. LoRA loading is
|
| 258 |
+

|
| 37 |
+
"Chain with LoraLoaderModelOnly nodes in series (model -> model). Krea 2 LoRAs are DiT-only, so there is no CLIP side to chain and the text-encoder branch stays untouched however many LoRAs you add.",
|
| 38 |
|
| 39 |
|
| 40 |
|
| 41 |
|
| 42 |
|
| 43 |
|
| 44 |
|
| 45 |

No author settings were published. Community baseline: steps Turbo: 8

Community Turbo LoRAs commonly suggest 8-12 (e.g. the Identity Edit card

recommends Turbo at 8-12, or Raw at 20 for removals). A community 4-step

| 50 |
+
Krea2.sampling_settings = {"multiplier": 1.0, "shift": 1.15}, so the plain
|
| 51 |
+
t2i template needs no ModelSampling node, while the style-reference
|
| 52 |
+
template adds ModelSamplingFlux at max_shift 1.15 / base_shift 0.5. The CLI
|
| 53 |
+
exposes --mu 1.15 for Turbo; Raw uses a resolution-derived mu interpolated
|
| 54 |
+
between --y1 0.5 and --y2 1.15 (ai-toolkit mirrors this as base_shift 0.5 /
|
| 55 |
+
max_shift 1.15 over image_seq_len 256-6400, exponential time shift).,
|
| 56 |

resolution 1024x1024 default. Turbo: 1K-2K (the official CLI example
|
| 57 |
+
generates 2048x2048; ComfyUI's ResolutionSelector defaults to 1 megapixel,
|
| 58 |
+
set 2.0 for 2K). Raw: "trained to generate upto 1k resolution".
|
| 59 |
+
Width/height are padded up to a multiple of 16., lora_strength 1.0 for
|
| 60 |
+
Krea's nine official style LoRAs (docs.comfy.org lists Recommended Strength
|
| 61 |
+
1.0 for every one), though the shipped t2i template's LoraLoaderModelOnly
|
| 62 |
+
is set to 0.8. The style-reference LoRA is used at 1.0 in its template. The
|
| 63 |
+
4-step distill LoRA documents 1.0 as its trained point, 1.0-1.5 as coherent
|
| 64 |
+
extrapolation and above ~1.5 as speckle artefacting. Community subject
|
| 65 |
+
LoRAs are typically recommended around 0.8-1.2 and dropped toward 0.6-0.9
|
| 66 |
+
when several are stacked..

momentum is the percentile of downloads-per-day since release. Momentum is

ranked rather than measured against a fixed rate, because this base model

CHAINING / STACKING
|
| 88 |
+
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 89 |
+
Stacks with others not stated
|
| 90 |
+
|
| 91 |
+
The author gave no chaining guidance. The rules below are the
|
| 92 |
+
general Krea 2 ones, not anything specific to this LoRA.
|
| 93 |
+
|
| 94 |
+
General Krea 2 rules that apply here (see REFERENCE.txt):
|
| 95 |
+
|
| 96 |
+
• The most important rule is not about chaining but about which
|
| 97 |
+
checkpoint you chain onto: the official README says in bold "TRAIN on
|
| 98 |
+
Raw and RUN on Turbo", and "We highly recommend using RAW for training
|
| 99 |
+
LoRAs and applying them on Turbo for inference." LoRAs trained on Raw
|
| 100 |
+
are stated to work well on Turbo.
|
| 101 |
+
• Chain with LoraLoaderModelOnly nodes in series (model -> model). Krea 2
|
| 102 |
+
LoRAs are DiT-only, so there is no CLIP side to chain and the text-
|
| 103 |
+
encoder branch stays untouched however many LoRAs you add.
|
| 104 |
+
• Krea 2 LoRAs stack in practice and the community treats multi-LoRA as
|
| 105 |
+
routine - style + character, style + slider, realism + character.
|
| 106 |
+
Several CivitAI Krea 2 authors state their LoRAs stack cleanly; one
|
| 107 |
+
writes "I recently stacked over 20 of my own LoRAs on a single
|
| 108 |
+
generation and the output still came out great."
|
| 109 |
+
• Reduce per-LoRA strength when stacking. CivitAI Krea 2 authors converge
|
| 110 |
+
on dropping from ~1.0 to roughly 0.6-0.9 once more than one adapter is
|
| 111 |
+
loaded. The CivitAI 12GB training guide also notes rank affects
|
| 112 |
+
composability: "rank 8 produced a lighter style influence that was
|
| 113 |
+
easier to stack with other LoRAs, rank 16 provided a useful balance
|
| 114 |
+
between concept strength and composability, and rank 32 was better
|
| 115 |
+
suited to a precise object or concept intended to take priority over
|
| 116 |
+
other stacked LoRAs."
|
| 117 |
+
• Accelerator LoRAs are position-sensitive in intent, not in node order:
|
| 118 |
+
a Raw-to-Turbo delta adapter belongs on the Raw checkpoint, a
|
| 119 |
+
sub-8-step LoRA belongs on Turbo (or on Raw already carrying a Raw-to-
|
| 120 |
+
Turbo adapter). Chaining Raw -> Raw-to-Turbo adapter -> 4-step LoRA is
|
| 121 |
+
explicitly recommended by the 4-step LoRA's author.
|
| 122 |
+
• Whatever you stack, the schedule must stay Turbo's: cfg 1.0 in ComfyUI
|
| 123 |
+
(guidance 0.0 in diffusers) and mu/shift 1.15. The 4-step LoRA's card
|
| 124 |
+
says "Keep mu = 1.15. The training targets are anchored to that grid; a
|
| 125 |
+
different shift moves the [sampler off them]"; the same reasoning
|
| 126 |
+
applies to any Turbo-trained adapter in the chain.
|
| 127 |
+
• Reference/edit LoRAs are designed to be stacked under ordinary subject
|
| 128 |
+
and style LoRAs - the Identity Edit card states "Composes with your
|
| 129 |
+
LoRAs: character/body/style LoRAs stack on top and steer the prior" and
|
| 130 |
+
recommends a stacked subject LoRA when unusual subjects drift toward
|
| 131 |
+
the base prior.
|
| 132 |
+
• Krea 2 LoRAs cannot be chained with LoRAs for any other base model.
|
| 133 |
+
Many CivitAI pages carry multi-model titles like "(Krea-2 + ZIT)" or
|
| 134 |
+
"[Flux | ZIB | Krea2]" - those are separate files for separate
|
| 135 |
+
architectures shipped under one model page, not a combined adapter.
|
| 136 |
+
• To combine two full Krea 2 checkpoints rather than adapters, ComfyUI
|
| 137 |
+
ships a dedicated ModelMergeKrea2 node (added in v0.27.0) with per-
|
| 138 |
+
section weights for first., tmlp., txtmlp., tproj.,
|
| 139 |
+
txtfusion.projector, txtfusion.layerwise_blocks.0-1,
|
| 140 |
+
txtfusion.refiner_blocks.0-1, blocks.0-27 and last.
|
| 141 |
+
• The author never states which weight family this targets. Silent
|
| 142 |
+
degradation, never a hard error, between Raw and Turbo. The two share
|
| 143 |
+
one architecture - ai-toolkit's config is commented "The reference
|
| 144 |
+
'single_mmdit_large_wide' architecture (oss_raw / oss_turbo share it)"
|
| 145 |
+
- so every LoRA tensor shape matches on both and ComfyUI/diffuser

COMPATIBILITY WARNING

───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
| 213 |
+
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 214 |
+
1. Update ComfyUI to at least v0.26.0 (released 2026-06-23), which added
|
| 215 |
+
local Krea2 support. For reference-image / style-reference / edit LoRAs you
|
| 216 |
+
need at least v0.29.0 (2026-07-29), which added regular and timestep-zero
|
| 217 |
+
reference images for Krea 2. ModelMergeKrea2 arrived in v0.27.0
|
| 218 |
+
(2026-06-30).
|
| 219 |
+
|
| 220 |
+
2. Put the base stack in place (files from huggingface.co/Comfy-Org/Krea-2,
|
| 221 |
+
which is not gated):
|
| 222 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/diffusion_models/krea2_turbo_fp8_scaled.safetensors
|
| 223 |
+
(documented recommended default; the repo also holds krea2_turbo_bf16,
|
| 224 |
+
_int8_convrot, _mxfp8, _nvfp4 and krea2_raw_bf16 / _fp8_scaled /
|
| 225 |
+
_int8_convrot)
|
| 226 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/text_encoders/qwen3vl_4b_fp8_scaled.safetensors (bf16
|
| 227 |
+
also available)
|
| 228 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/vae/qwen_image_vae.safetensors
|
| 229 |
+
|
| 230 |
+
3. Put the LoRA .safetensors in ComfyUI/models/loras/ - flat, no per-model
|
| 231 |
+
subfolder required.
|
| 232 |
+
|
| 233 |
+
4. Build or load the graph. The official image_krea2_turbo_t2i.json
|
| 234 |
+
template is: UNETLoader (krea2_turbo_fp8_scaled.safetensors) ->
|
| 235 |
+
LoraLoaderModelOnly -> KSampler; CLIPLoader
|
| 236 |
+
(qwen3vl_4b_fp8_scaled.safetensors, type "krea2") -> text encode ->
|
| 237 |
+
KSampler positive, with ConditioningZeroOut into negative; VAELoader
|
| 238 |
+
(qwen_image_vae.safetensors) -> VAEDecode -> SaveImage; EmptyLatentImage
|
| 239 |
+
1024x1024 driven by ResolutionSelector. An int8 sibling template
|
| 240 |
+
(image_krea2_turbo_t2i_int8.json) also ships.
|
| 241 |
+
|
| 242 |
+
5. Load the LoRA with LoraLoaderModelOnly, not LoraLoader - both official
|
| 243 |
+
templates do. Krea 2 LoRAs patch the DiT only; note that the DiT's own
|
| 244 |
+
text_fusion / txtfusion blocks are a normal LoRA target (the official style
|
| 245 |
+
LoRAs patch them), but the Qwen3-VL text encoder itself is not. Set
|
| 246 |
+
strength 1.0 for Krea's official style LoRAs (the shipped template uses
|
| 247 |
+
0.8) and add the LoRA's trigger word to the prompt.
|
| 248 |
+
|
| 249 |
+
6. Sampler settings: steps 8, cfg 1, sampler euler, scheduler simple,
|
| 250 |
+
denoise 1.0. Do not add a ModelSampling node for plain t2i - ComfyUI
|
| 251 |
+
already applies shift 1.15 from Krea2.sampling_settings.
|
| 252 |
+
|
| 253 |
+
7. For style reference, use the dedicated template: UNETLoader
|
| 254 |
+
krea2_turbo_int8_convrot.safetensors, LoraLoaderModelOnly
|
| 255 |
+
krea2_style_reference.safetensors at 1.0, ModelSamplingFlux (1.15, 0.5),
|
| 256 |
+
TextEncodeQwenImageEditPlus fed by LoadImage,
|
| 257 |
+
FluxKontextMultiReferenceLatentMethod set to index_timestep_zero, and
|
| 258 |
+
SamplerCustomAdvanced with KSamplerSelect euler + BasicScheduler simple/8 +
|
| 259 |
+
CFGGuider cfg 1.
|
| 260 |
+
|
| 261 |
+
8. For instruction editing (Krea 2 Identity Edit), stock nodes are not
|
| 262 |
+
enough: install the ComfyUI-Krea2Edit node pack, which ships its own
|
| 263 |
+
workflows, and run Turbo at 8-12 steps / cfg 1 (or Raw at 20 steps / cfg 3
|
| 264 |
+
for removals) with LoRA strength 1.0.
|
| 265 |
+
|
| 266 |
+
9. Low-VRAM alternative: install city96's ComfyUI-GGUF and use a community
|
| 267 |
+
GGUF build (realrebelai/KREA-2_GGUFs, quantized from Turbo;
|
| 268 |
+
molbal/krea2-gguf, quantized from Raw) with the Unet Loader (GGUF) node in
|
| 269 |
+
place of UNETLoader. There is no official GGUF release. LoRA loading is
|
| 270 |
+

|
| 37 |
+
"Chain with LoraLoaderModelOnly nodes in series (model -> model). Krea 2 LoRAs are DiT-only, so there is no CLIP side to chain and the text-encoder branch stays untouched however many LoRAs you add.",
|
| 38 |
|
| 39 |
|
| 40 |
|
| 41 |
|
| 42 |
|
| 43 |
|
| 44 |
|
| 45 |

Adoption tier is the percentile of total downloads within this collection;
|
| 51 |
+
momentum is the percentile of downloads-per-day since release. Momentum is
|
| 52 |
+
ranked rather than measured against a fixed rate, because this base model
|
| 53 |
+
is itself new and every LoRA looks fast on an absolute scale. Both numbers
|
| 54 |

are CivitAI's, read on the scrape date at the foot of this file.

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Silent degradation, never a hard error, between Raw and Turbo. The two
|
| 139 |
+
share one architecture - ai-toolkit's config is commented "The reference
|
| 140 |
+
'single_mmdit_large_wide' architecture (oss_raw / oss_turbo share it)" - so
|
| 141 |
+
every LoRA tensor shape matches on both and ComfyUI/diffusers will load an
|
| 142 |
+
adapter against either without complaint. The lvladikov 4-step LoRA card
|
| 143 |
+
states this for the reverse direction: "Every layer it targets also exists
|
| 144 |
+
in Krea 2 Raw, so it will load there without complaint - but that is a side
|
| 145 |
+
effect of the shared architecture, not a supported mode", and reports
|
| 146 |
+
mixed, subject-dependent results with malformed subjects (duplicated heads,
|
| 147 |
+
fused limbs) at low step counts, needing 14+ steps with Raw's CFG on before
|
| 148 |
+
output is coherent. The intended direction (train on Raw, run on Turbo) is
|
| 149 |
+
officially blessed. The more common practical failure is a settings
|
| 150 |
+
mismatch rather than a weight mismatch: running a Turbo-targeted LoRA at
|
| 151 |
+
Raw's 52 steps + CFG 3.5, or leaving CFG enabled on Turbo, degrades output
|
| 152 |
+
with no warning. Loading a Krea 2 LoRA against a different model family
|
| 153 |
+
entirely (Flux, Qwen-Image, Z-Image) is also not an error - ComfyUI logs
|
| 154 |
+
"lora key not loaded: {key}" per key and generates as if no LoRA were
|
| 155 |
+
applied.

AUTHOR'S DESCRIPTION
|
| 159 |
+
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 160 |
+
I had been waiting for this from the usual suspects, since SDXL and Pony
|
| 161 |
+
version do exist, but it appears to not be happening any time soon. I guess
|
| 162 |
+
if you want something done...
|
| 163 |
+
So, basic harness panel gag for Illustrious base models. Technically SFW
|
| 164 |
+
but... you know. If you don't, ask your mom. Illustrious can already do the
|
| 165 |
+
concept(s) ("panel gag" and " face gag harness") but it's not reliable,
|
| 166 |
+
plus it really likes to put holes everywhere, which means that even if you
|
| 167 |
+
use an SDXL LoRA, you will more likely than not end up with something like
|
| 168 |
+
a plug gag . This LoRA is intended to fix this issue. It appears that it
|
| 169 |
+
still wants to grab on to anything it can in the center, especially in
|
| 170 |
+
close-ups. Trained on a mix of photos, illustrations and hand-picked AI
|
| 171 |
+
images with relevant photoshop applied where applicable. Unlike some of the
|
| 172 |
+
existing purely photo-based ones, it won't pull your image massively
|
| 173 |
+
towards realism. That last point is also the reason there's a Pony version
|
| 174 |
+
of it now (apart from it being easy since I already had the dataset,
|
| 175 |
+
naturally): It's more docile than the existing LoRAs if you want
|
| 176 |
+
source_anime or source_cartoon, but a lot less so if you want realism. The
|
| 177 |
+
SDXL version is pretty much just to complete the set, but it works well
|
| 178 |
+
with Animagine and other illustration-focused checkpoints.
|
| 179 |
+
Recommended prompt is " panelgag, panel gag " and " face harness " for
|
| 180 |
+
v0.5/" gag harness " for v1.0. " covered mouth " can help if you still get
|
| 181 |
+
mouth artifacts. Strength 1.0 seems to work fine, go lower for close-ups
|
| 182 |
+
and higher for wide shots if necessary as per usual. The " gag harness "
|
| 183 |
+
tag has a tendency to imply body harnesses, put " breast harness, bondage
|
| 184 |
+
harness " into the negatives if that's a problem. You can also try leaving
|
| 185 |
+
the " gag harness " prompt out completely, which is especially helpful if
|
| 186 |
+
you want it to be partially covered by hair or headwear of some kind.
|
| 187 |
+
You can choose any color, as long as it's black. Turns out color can be
|
| 188 |
+
done, it just might require upweighting of the color prompt.

HOW TO USE (COMFYUI)
|
| 209 |
+
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
|
| 210 |
+
1. Update ComfyUI to at least v0.26.0 (released 2026-06-23), which added
|
| 211 |
+
local Krea2 support. For reference-image / style-reference / edit LoRAs you
|
| 212 |
+
need at least v0.29.0 (2026-07-29), which added regular and timestep-zero
|
| 213 |
+
reference images for Krea 2. ModelMergeKrea2 arrived in v0.27.0
|
| 214 |
+
(2026-06-30).
|
| 215 |
+
|
| 216 |
+
2. Put the base stack in place (files from huggingface.co/Comfy-Org/Krea-2,
|
| 217 |
+
which is not gated):
|
| 218 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/diffusion_models/krea2_turbo_fp8_scaled.safetensors
|
| 219 |
+
(documented recommended default; the repo also holds krea2_turbo_bf16,
|
| 220 |
+
_int8_convrot, _mxfp8, _nvfp4 and krea2_raw_bf16 / _fp8_scaled /
|
| 221 |
+
_int8_convrot)
|
| 222 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/text_encoders/qwen3vl_4b_fp8_scaled.safetensors (bf16
|
| 223 |
+
also available)
|
| 224 |
+
- ComfyUI/models/vae/qwen_image_vae.safetensors
|
| 225 |
+
|
| 226 |
+
3. Put the LoRA .safetensors in ComfyUI/models/loras/ - flat, no per-model
|
| 227 |
+
subfolder required.
|
| 228 |
+
|
| 229 |
+
4. Build or load the graph. The official image_krea2_turbo_t2i.json
|
| 230 |
+
template is: UNETLoader (krea2_turbo_fp8_scaled.safetensors) ->
|
| 231 |
+
LoraLoaderModelOnly -> KSampler; CLIPLoader
|
| 232 |
+
(qwen3vl_4b_fp8_scaled.safetensors, type "krea2") -> text encode ->
|
| 233 |
+
KSampler positive, with ConditioningZeroOut into negative; VAELoader
|
| 234 |
+
(qwen_image_vae.safetensors) -> VAEDecode -> SaveImage; EmptyLatentImage
|
| 235 |
+
1024x1024 driven by ResolutionSelector. An int8 sibling template
|
| 236 |
+
(image_krea2_turbo_t2i_int8.json) also ships.
|
| 237 |
+
|
| 238 |
+
5. Load the LoRA with LoraLoaderModelOnly, not LoraLoader - both official
|
| 239 |
+
templates do. Krea 2 LoRAs patch the DiT only; note that the DiT's own
|
| 240 |
+
text_fusion / txtfusion blocks are a normal LoRA target (the official style
|
| 241 |
+
LoRAs patch them), but the Qwen3-VL text encoder itself is not. Set
|
| 242 |
+
strength 1.0 for Krea's official style LoRAs (the shipped template uses
|
| 243 |
+
0.8) and add the LoRA's trigger word to the prompt.
|
| 244 |
+
|
| 245 |
+
6. Sampler settings: steps 8, cfg 1, sampler euler, scheduler simple,
|
| 246 |
+
denoise 1.0. Do not add a ModelSampling node for plain t2i - ComfyUI
|
| 247 |
+
already applies shift 1.15 from Krea2.sampling_settings.
|
| 248 |
+
|
| 249 |
+
7. For style reference, use the dedicated template: UNETLoader
|
| 250 |
+
krea2_turbo_int8_convrot.safetensors, LoraLoaderModelOnly
|
| 251 |
+
krea2_style_reference.safetensors at 1.0, ModelSamplingFlux (1.15, 0.5),
|
| 252 |
+
TextEncodeQwenImageEditPlus fed by LoadImage,
|
| 253 |
+
FluxKontextMultiReferenceLatentMethod set to index_timestep_zero, and
|
| 254 |
+
SamplerCustomAdvanced with KSamplerSelect euler + BasicScheduler simple/8 +
|
| 255 |
+
CFGGuider cfg 1.
|
| 256 |
+
|
| 257 |
+
8. For instruction editing (Krea 2 Identity Edit), stock nodes are not
|
| 258 |
+
enough: install the ComfyUI-Krea2Edit node pack, which ships its own
|
| 259 |
+
workflows, and run Turbo at 8-12 steps / cfg 1 (or Raw at 20 steps / cfg 3
|
| 260 |
+
for removals) with LoRA strength 1.0.
|
| 261 |
+
|
| 262 |
+
9. Low-VRAM alternative: install city96's ComfyUI-GGUF and use a community
|
| 263 |
+
GGUF build (realrebelai/KREA-2_GGUFs, quantized from Turbo;
|
| 264 |
+
molbal/krea2-gguf, quantized from Raw) with the Unet Loader (GGUF) node in
|
| 265 |
+
place of UNETLoader. There is no official GGUF release. LoRA loading is
|
| 266 |
+

|
| 39 |
+
"Chain with LoraLoaderModelOnly nodes in series (model -> model). Krea 2 LoRAs are DiT-only, so there is no CLIP side to chain and the text-encoder branch stays untouched however many LoRAs you add.",
|
| 40 |
|
| 41 |
|
| 42 |
|
| 43 |
|
| 44 |
|
| 45 |
|
| 46 |
|
| 47 |
