Improve model card metadata and add project page link

This PR improves the model card by:

- Adding the `pipeline_tag: image-classification` to correctly categorize the model.
- Updating the `library_name` to `timm` to reflect the model architecture.
- Adding a link to the project page for more details.
- Adding link to the original paper.
