There has always been a problem with prematurely stopping the output.

This will depend on quant / prompt -> up the quant (IE if you are using Q4km usually, go up to Q5KS/Q5KM).
Also add directives in your prompt ; just a few words / brief phrase is often enough to curtail this issue.

If the use case is specific (with shorter than expected output), please state it here so I can look into it further...

I'm running bf16 raw weights, and the task is simply to create a decent HTML file.

My prompt was simple: Create a 3D rendered tree, standalone HTML, incredibly detailed tree with realistic physics, and a detailed wind effect.
Regardless of the hints, the model only provides short-term thinking, resulting in useless output and rendering it unusable for serious tasks such as coding.

it is because of the chat template, i used to have this a lot
