Continual Work after long Thought

I've noticed with Qwopus3.5 that after a long thought it can just stop follow up work. I have adjusted Presence Penalty to 1.25 and it does a good job to prevent overly long thinking and still follow up. However with this model 3.6 I cannot get it to a sweet spot. It will think quickly then go into a long thought pattern and stop working, I've tried a lot of different settings. This behavior is not consistent but about 50% of the time.

yeah i've gone back to 3.5-27b-3.5, even tried out a bunch of the new 3.6-X-4.7 models, and they all seem to have some issues with over thinking, idk what to make of it right now
