The adapter weights, model card, provenance records and other files authored
for this release are licensed under the BSD 3-Clause Clear License; see LICENSE.

The adapter is used together with its base model and does not change that
model's terms:
- KE-Team/Ke-Omni-R-3B (see its model card) is fine-tuned from
  Qwen/Qwen2.5-Omni-3B, which is distributed under the Qwen Research License.
  Use of Mizar-3B with this base remains subject to those terms.
- The frozen teacher, KE-Team/Ke-Omni-R, was used for training only and is not
  distributed here.

reproducibility/frozen_data.tar.gz contains manifests derived from third-party
datasets and benchmarks (AudioMCQ and its source corpora, MMAU, MMAR, ADQA).
They are not relicensed and remain subject to the terms set by their providers.

No new rights to third-party models, audio or annotations are granted.
