taking 2 minute for video decode, is that normal? i think its too long .
try to limit the framerate to 24 and lower the resolution using the "import video node (v)(h)(s)"

yea i already limit to 24fps and resolution only 0.7mp for 12sec video. the card is 3090 and 64gb sys ram.
