This model package was prepared by FreeVideo from OpenVDN/vdn-minimax-h3 revision 751739ee5b9e3ac802dca5d5111075fdaeb47885.
Modified weights: eligible denoiser linear weights were converted to the official VDN FP8 per-tensor storage format; unused BF16 backup copies were omitted. Non-quantized parameters retain their original precision.
Derived tensors: schedule-specific AdaLN modulation tables were computed from those model weights for eight sampling steps. Producer identities accompany each table set.
The upstream model license, including its territory and use restrictions, continues to apply. Code licensing does not replace the model license.

licenses/MiniMax-H3-Community-License-Agreement.txt.

Running the code in this repository means running MiniMax H3 or a derivative of it,
and is therefore subject to that agreement. The agreement grants rights only within
its "Applicable Territory", defined as worldwide excluding the European Union, the
United Kingdom, the Republic of Korea, and the United States of America, and states
that use outside the Applicable Territory is not authorized. It also incorporates an
Acceptable Use Policy. Read it in full before downloading or running MiniMax H3 or
