ComfyUI-compatible conversion of the official TaoMate-H3 3-Step LoRA for MiniMax H3.

This repository contains a converted checkpoint intended for easier use in ComfyUI MiniMax H3 workflows.

No additional training or fine-tuning was performed.

What is this?

This is a ComfyUI-compatible conversion of the original TaoMate-H3 3-Step LoRA.

The original checkpoint was converted to the parameter/key layout expected by compatible MiniMax H3 LoRA loaders in ComfyUI.

The model weights were not retrained.

Installation

Download:

taomate_h3_3step_comfy.safetensors

and place it in:

ComfyUI/models/loras/

Example:

ComfyUI/
└── models/
    └── loras/
        └── taomate_h3_3step_comfy.safetensors

Restart ComfyUI if the file does not appear immediately in your LoRA loader.

Recommended Settings

TaoMate-H3 is designed for accelerated 3-step generation.

Typical setup:

Base model: MiniMax H3
LoRA: taomate_h3_3step_comfy.safetensors
Sampling steps: 3

Compatibility

Designed for MiniMax H3 workflows in ComfyUI.

Compatibility may depend on the exact MiniMax H3 custom nodes and LoRA loader implementation being used.

If your workflow uses a different LoRA key format, additional conversion may be required.

Conversion Notes

This repository provides only the converted LoRA checkpoint.

No base model weights are included.

No additional training, merging, pruning, or fine-tuning was performed beyond the format conversion required for ComfyUI compatibility.
