# HiveSentinel Modular Edge

An offline two-stage acoustic alert pipeline for cooperative apiary gateways.

## Intended use

The detector identifies candidate hive-distress windows; the classifier assigns an operational alert label. Human inspection remains required before treatment.

## Interface

Audio components exchange the `hive-audio-v3` feature contract. Artifacts are supplied for edge deployment and audit reproduction.

## Limitations

Weather, machinery, and unfamiliar hive hardware can shift acoustic characteristics. Do not use this release as the sole basis for veterinary action.
