# License and attribution — unofficial MLX quant of Xing4.0-29B-A4B

These weights are an unofficial quantization of
[XingChen-AGI/Xing4.0-29B-A4B](https://huggingface.co/XingChen-AGI/Xing4.0-29B-A4B),
developed by China Telecom Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd.
(the Xing series, formerly TeleChat).

The upstream repository is published under **Apache License 2.0**. A
quantization is a derivative work, so this repository is distributed under the
same license. Nothing here grants a separate license to the upstream weights.

The tokenizer files (`tokenizer.model`, `tokenizer_config.json`,
`tokenization_xing4_0.py`, `chat_template.jinja`) and
`configuration_xing4_0.py` are copied unchanged from the upstream repository
and remain under its terms. `modeling_xing4_0.py` is **not** shipped: it is the
PyTorch implementation and cannot load MLX-quantized weights.

Keep this notice, the upstream citation and the `base_model` metadata intact
when you redistribute.
