Valnivo Labs

Valnivo Labs makes small, private-by-default products from Luxembourg. Valnivo Labs is a trade name, not a registered company.

The models here run on the person's own device — in the browser, or through software they install themselves — so what they ask or write is not sent to us.

Valnivo

• valnivo-copilot-1 — Valnivo Copilot, the optional model of Valnivo's question box "Ask Valnivo": Qwen2.5-1.5B-Instruct fine-tuned to pick an answer Valnivo wrote and to word a reply from figures the app computed. Versions are tags (v1.0, v1.1, …).
• multilingual-e5-small — the basic model of the same box: an unchanged copy of intfloat/multilingual-e5-small (MIT) that matches a question to an answer and writes nothing.
• valnivo-copilot-1-gguf — the same Valnivo Copilot as a GGUF file for Ollama, the free helper that runs it on the person's own computer, faster than in the browser (Q8_0).

Moien

• moien-chat-check — reads a learner's chat message on their own device before it is sent.
• whisper-tiny-lb-onnx, whisper-base-lb-onnx, whisper-small-lb-onnx — Luxembourgish speech recognition, exported to 8-bit ONNX from the unilux Whisper models.

Each model card states its licence, its source and what it was trained on. Nothing anybody types into our products is used to train them.
