# Orgalyst weights
Organ-specific Cellpose 3 weights (cyto3 fine-tuned on OrgLine: brain / intestine / pdac / colon, plus a 4-organ joint model) and a 3-organ joint YOLO11m detector (intestine / brain / lung), used by https://github.com/xiaoyanLi629/orgalyst . Cellpose weights derive from cyto3 (BSD-3); YOLO weights derive from Ultralytics YOLO11 (AGPL-3.0). Training data: OrgLine (Zenodo 16355179, CC-BY-4.0).
