Not usable. At any settings (default from this page; --temp 0.6 --top-p 0.95 --top-k 20,; --temp 0.2 --top-p 0.95 --top-k 20), it starts hallucinating and goes into an endless loop of thinking (
For comparison, there is no such problem on Ling-3.0-flash-MXFP4_MOE.gguf.

This specific Ling REAP seems to be the most degraded, to the point of being essentially unusable. It is hosted in case anyone wants to try to use it for experimental purposes such as SFT and testing.

I'll add a large note to the model card and consider taking it down outright. Notably, the other larger REAPs of this model do seem to function as expected (my benching is showing degrading quality as the size goes down - as expected).
