NanoJev-Web license and attribution

This repository contains components under two upstream licenses:

1. NanoJev-derived decision architecture, head, inference implementation and
   NanoJev-Web runtime additions: MIT terms in licenses/NanoJev-MIT.txt.
   The original NanoJev copyright notice is retained in that file.
2. Qwen3-0.6B backbone weights, configuration and tokenizer: Apache License 2.0
   in licenses/Qwen-Apache-2.0.txt.

The complete model checkpoint incorporates the Qwen backbone and NanoJev-derived
head. Retain both notices when redistributing it. Browser head parameters were
further trained on synthetic browser decision states. Runtime and documentation
were adapted for a browser-only distribution. These changes are described in
README.md and docs/TRAINING.md.

Third-party installed dependencies retain their own licenses; node_modules and
Python packages are not bundled in the upload artifact.
