Updated the README to reference granite-4.0-micro (instead of granite-3.3), removed granite-common references, replaced the code example with an input/output illustration and Mellea link, and updated the evaluation results with the latest granite-4.0-micro and gpt-oss-20b LoRAs. (#11)
