Historical FUM Experimentation Notice

The purpose of this Hugging Face repository is to make the exact historical FUM-generation variants preserved here available for inspection and experimentation.

Justin K. Lietz, as repository author/owner, grants permission to use the included FUM snapshots for research, educational study, reproduction attempts, local modification, comparative experiments, and publication of experimental results derived from those experiments.

This permission is scoped to the historical source snapshots included in this repository:

1. variants/01_FUM_Demo/
2. variants/02_early_FUM_tests/
3. variants/03_Fully_Unified_Model/

Original license notices inside the preserved variant trees are retained as historical artifacts and are not evidence that later generations are covered by this notice.

Successor-generation boundary

This notice does not grant rights to unpublished or separately distributed successor technology merely because it shares terminology, ancestry, or concepts with FUM.

In particular, this notice does not automatically cover:

• FUVDM (Fully Unified Void Dynamics Model);
• VDM;
• later versions of SIE or similarly named mechanisms;
• later graph/topology/plasticity implementations;
• other successor source code not physically included in this repository.

Commercial licensing rights are not granted by this notice unless separately stated.

When redistributing experimental modifications, identify the historical FUM variant from which the work was derived and do not represent the modified code as a current FUVDM/VDM implementation.
