Permission is hereby granted to download and use the model weights in this repository
("the weights") free of charge, subject to the following conditions:

1. The weights shall be used only for defensive security purposes, including but not
   limited to: smart contract auditing, vulnerability research on systems the user is
   authorized to test, academic study of LLM-based code analysis, and development of
   tools intended to identify or remediate vulnerabilities.

2. The weights shall NOT be used to:
   (a) develop, improve, or train offensive hacking tools, malware, or exploits;
   (b) generate malicious smart contract code intended to be deployed;
   (c) identify vulnerabilities in contracts or systems the user does not have
       explicit authorization to audit.

3. The weights are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied,
   including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
   particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall the author be liable
   for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from or in connection with the
   use of the weights.

4. Commercial use, redistribution, or hosting of the weights as a service requires
   separate written permission from the copyright holder.

5. By downloading the weights, the user agrees to these terms.
