Improve model card: add metadata, paper link, and benchmark description

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team.
This PR improves the model card for MyPCBench. I've added metadata (including the image-text-to-text pipeline tag), linked the associated research paper, and included a brief summary of the benchmark's features and setup instructions from the official GitHub repository.
I have preserved the existing warning that this repository is an older copy and that the VM images are now hosted in the dataset repositories. This update ensures that the repository is correctly indexed and provides context to researchers who land here via the paper page.
