## Model Description
This is a LoRA adapter fine-tuned on a Pan-African Environmental Law and
EIA Compliance dataset. It answers questions about environmental impact
assessment, compliance, climate law, waste management and marine regulations
across 9 African countries.

## Training Data
- Source: National EPA acts, EIA regulations, AU frameworks, ECOWAS directives
- Dataset: 17 expert Q&A pairs expanded to 11,200 rows via Adaptive Data
- Countries: Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Senegal
- Quality improvement: 50.0% (Grade C → A)
