Fly XOX — experimental MaleCNS game model

Full retained MaleCNS graph with trained internal rate-model parameters for tic-tac-toe. Symbolic board input; engineered fixed input/output mappings. Not a living fly, validated biological dynamics, or evidence of connectome superiority.
