OpenCGM-StateEvent Copyright 2026 Stephane Fourdrinier This product is an independent reconstruction of the method described in: "GlucoFM: A Dual-Stream Foundation Model for Continuous Glucose Monitoring", arXiv:2605.30865v2. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or derived from any Google implementation or checkpoint. No official GlucoFM source code or weights were available at the evidence cutoff of 2026-08-27. The method was reimplemented from the publication. ## Licensing This repository contains two distinct artefacts under two distinct licenses: | Artefact | Location | License | |---|---|---| | Source code (this repository, including `src/`, `scripts/`, `tests/`, `web/`) | every `.py`, `.ts`, `.tsx`, `.js`, `.mjs`, `.sh`, `.yaml`, `.md`, `.txt` file | **Apache-2.0** — see `LICENSE` | | Trained encoder weights | `artifacts/glucofm_encoder.onnx` | **CC-BY-NC-4.0** — see `LICENSE-WEIGHTS` | | Fitted phenotype heads | `artifacts/glucofm_heads.json` | **CC-BY-NC-SA-4.0** — share-alike inherited from CGMacros; see `LICENSE-HEADS` and `DECISIONS.md` D025 | | Encoder, copied so the web demo and API can serve it | `web/public/models/encoder.onnx` | **CC-BY-NC-4.0** — see `LICENSE-WEIGHTS` | | Published probe heads | `web/public/models/heads.json` | **CC-BY-NC-SA-4.0** — see `LICENSE-HEADS` | The two licenses are independent. A commercial entity may use the code under Apache-2.0 without using the weights. The weights are research / non-commercial only; a commercial license can be negotiated with the maintainer. ## Data Training data originate from independent third-party sources, each under its own license. See `manifests/sources/registry.yaml` for the per-source contribution and rights record. Dataset licenses are NOT granted by this project's Apache-2.0 code license or by the weights' CC-BY-NC-4.0 license. Lane E sources (cgmacros, uchtt1dm, glucofm_bench) — NC/ND/SA — never enter the released encoder. See `bundle/BLUEPRINT_AMENDMENTS.md` A4 and `DECISIONS.md` D002. ## Not a medical device This software is for research use. It is not a medical device and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment, or dosing decisions. The original paper describes GlucoFM as a research prototype.
