Update metadata: remove arxiv tag, add pipeline tag

This PR updates the YAML metadata by:
- Removing the
arxiv:2610.05967tag, since arXiv IDs should not be in the metadata section. - Adding
pipeline_tag: otherso the model is correctly categorized on the Hub.
The existing model card content, including the paper/code/project links and usage snippet, is unchanged.
