very interesting concept.. does this work with i2v? Like do we use a anime image as the ref images and use this lora to convert it to more realism? I like this concept.

It might have some effect but but it won't convert i2v , examples are t2v.
You can already change image by using shot 1 2 with jump cut / fade to black , then specify in shot2 that everything stays the same but style changes
