Shanghai Nexora Technology Co., Ltd. (上海启境无垠科技有限公司, “Nexora”) provides software that helps authorized users manage and publish content to their own social-media accounts.
Information we process
When you connect a social account, we may process account identifiers, profile information, authorization tokens, content and media you choose to publish, publishing history, and analytics returned by the platform. We also process limited technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.
How we use information
We use this information only to authenticate connected accounts, perform actions requested by authorized users, schedule and publish content, display account and post analytics, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and service providers
Information is shared with a connected social platform only when required to carry out a user-requested action. We may use infrastructure providers to host and secure the service. Those providers may process information solely to provide their contracted services to Nexora.
Retention and security
We retain information only while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Authorization credentials are protected in storage and access is limited to authorized personnel and systems. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may disconnect a social account to stop future access. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with your account, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
