serve.py adds /api/a11oy/v1/{router/metrics,chaski/routing-graph,reason/loop-depth,consensus/votes} backed by the live router catalog + real receipt chain (honest live/sample/proxy labels, locked=8, Lambda=Conjecture 1, Khipu BFT=Conjecture 2, no fabrication). a11oy_warhacker_obs.py removes the inline _CODENAME_MAP literal (imports from allowlisted szl_codename_gate single source of truth). Byte-identical to GitHub main.
