rename: AMARU->YACHAY, SENTRA->CHAPAQ (user-visible) + SLSA reconcile

Founder-directed organ rename. AMARU->YACHAY (read-only reasoning cortex), SENTRA->CHAPAQ (egress immune inspector) across user-visible surfaces (home pipeline card, anatomy SVG, a11oy.code TIERS token). SLSA reconciled to one honest line on /api/health + /observability/summary + warhacker index. Infra/GHCR/Zarf coordinates UNCHANGED. Doctrine v11 LOCKED 749/14/163. Lambda=Conjecture 1.
