feat(vendor): add ngraph.graph/path/forcelayout+panzoom (BSD-3/MIT, anvaka)
Verified signaturePart of the batch-1 console uniqueness + sovereign-fonts rebuild. Every batch tab gets a distinct real-data viz; 7 libs vendored locally (zero CDN); Google Fonts removed in favor of self-hosted @font-face.
