fix: replace missing hero image with an asset-free lattice

Removes a production 404 for assets/hero_a11oy.png on both landing surfaces and replaces it with an accessible, reduced-motion-aware CSS lattice sigil. Adds a parity/asset regression test. Local verification: 2 tests passed.
Merged after immutable refs/pr verification: intended minimal diff only, focused regression test passed from the remote PR ref, no conflicts, and no protected independent-review gate was bypassed.
