a small decision model (LoRA + readout head on Qwen3.5-2B-Base) that answers typed questions —
yes/no, choice, score — about a piece of text, each with a calibrated confidence.

Also usable as an MCP server and over the Gradio API (`/decide_json` takes the System One request JSON).
