Add GitHub Actions workflow to deploy main branch to prod HF Space (#16)

Mirrors deploy-dev.yml but triggers on push to main and pushes to the
someone-in-the-world/HighQualityVideoGeneration Space using a separate
HF_TOKEN_PROD secret.
