Update CI workflows to use latest action versions

Update project structure

Add Dockerfile for Gradio deployment and update GitHub Actions workflow for Hugging Face Spaces. Enhance gradio_presenter.py to improve tool result summarization and modify main.py to include web search and URL read options in the chat interface.

Add Docker support with .dockerignore and Dockerfile updates. Integrate Next.js frontend build process, including package.json and related configurations. Enhance API to serve static frontend files and update README for project clarity. Add course and document metadata structures for improved content management.
