Archive diagnostic weights and clarify full-model downloads

Preserve the diagnostic fixtures in a ZIP archive so only the three real model shards are exposed as safetensors. Add full-download links and sizes, correct public-access instructions, retain the required runtime-patch notice, and update the checksum manifest. Model weights and runtime assets are unchanged.

+The public repository contained all three original model shards, with the same
+SHA256 values as the validated release. A user reported receiving only the
+3.87 MB diagnostic file `compatibility/mac-check/real-checkpoint-samples.safetensors`.
+The exact app command that selected that file was not provided, so its internal
+selection behavior has not been reproduced.

+Five diagnostic files, including a duplicate config/index and the small sample,
+have been archived byte-for-byte in `compatibility/mac-check/fixtures.zip`.
+Only the three real root model shards are now exposed as `.safetensors` files.
