Improve model card and add metadata

This PR improves the model card for Warp-as-History. Key changes include:
- Added metadata for the
image-to-videopipeline tag. - Updated the license to
cc-by-nc-4.0to reflect the terms for the LoRA weights. - Added links to the paper, project page, and GitHub repository.
- Included a sample usage snippet derived from the official implementation.
- Added the BibTeX citation.
